Bumbo

Here is Layla sitting in her new Bumbo. Child safety books would probably pay a premium for this picture because she is surrounded by Landon's little car parts that could be inserted into her mouth. "What not to do if you're raising a baby" Don't worry everybody, she couldn't reach any of them, but we definitely have our work cut out for us when she is older and more mobile.

First Trip to Cabin this Winter

Daddy and Grandpa Larry helped Landon build a snowman. The dogs were enjoying the goodies that dropped from the snowman's face. Yum, a jelly belly!!

Lonnie, Landon and Junea posing at the top of the sledding hill before blast off.

Landon sitting in a snow recliner.
Sledding hill video follows.

Christmas

Layla looking cute in Christmas jammies.
Here she is in her Christmas dress.

Nuna with her fuzzy ears surrounded by Christmas morning mayhem.

Landon with a rare smile on Christmas. He had an intestinal virus and was miserable most of the day. He struggled to open presents which was kind of sad to watch.

This was the best picture of the two.

Sandbakels

Landon learning the Guptill family tradition of making Sandbakels, which is a Scandanavian cookie. The cookies are very time consuming, so we only make them at Christmas time.

Landon trying to develop the technique of smashing a thin layer of dough into the tin. As you can see, he needs practice.

A video of his cookie making technique below.

Two Little L's

Landon very excited to get a box full of Car paraphernalia from his Grandma Kathy for Christmas.
Layla is starting to really give us many smiles.

Just a cute picture of the two.

Landon was all grins on his first airplane ride as a toddler. We flew to Seattle this Christmas season to visit Grandma Guptill and friends. OH YES! We were at SeaTac when it was insane.

Layla is starting to enjoy her baby toys.
