Layla and Ribbon

Layla is playing with ribbon from an early birthday present. She's getting prepared for the big day. She has started moving finally. She just scoots everywhere on her bottom.

Poor Katydid

Here's Landon with a katydid. He found it on Grandpa's trailer and had to hold it. He tries to be gentle, but he possibly injured the poor bug's leg.

Praying Mantis

Sometimes a Praying Mantis makes it to our door from the trees near by and Landon loves to pick them up. He is fascinated by them and talks to them like their his buddy.

Eating Avocado

Layla has been practicing her eating skills. These are pictures of her enjoying some avocado. She is an excellent eater and is not picky about anything yet.

First Day of Preschool

Landon started his second year of preschool. His favorite activity so far this year is getting to eat lunch. I let him decorate a brown bag before school.
