Landon is standing in front of the Lodge pole pine tree we cut down for our Christmas tree. It looked very nice when it was decorated.
We went for a little hike out in the forest in search of a tree. Sometimes Landon took a break.
This tree was Landon size, but we thought it was a bit small for our living room.
At the beginning of December we went to the cabin for our first taste of winter. We bundled Layla up for the first time in her snow suit and pulled her around on the sled. She did like it, but could not move much in her outfit.

We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year. This is my Mom hanging out with the kiddos on the swing.

Layla's daycare provider, Emily, made her an Indian headdress for Thanksgiving. She kept it on and would laugh and make faces. It said appropriately, "Little Scooter".
Layla took Parent-Tot swimming lessons in October with Lonnie. She did very well for her first time with lessons. She relaxed very well in the water and loved to splash. She also would do a cute little scoot to get to the edge of the pool. 
Many times when she was floating on her back, she would have her legs straight in the air.
