Hiking with Layla

We took Layla hiking to Duck Lake off Lick Creek Road to the east of McCall. Layla really enjoyed it. The only time she started fussing was when Lonnie stopped moving for a picture.

Lonnie and I went backpacking in August with our friend Kevin. We base camped at Hell Roaring Lake. One day we hiked up 2500 feet in 2.5 miles so we could get real close up views of the Finger of Fate and the Arrowhead. The next day we hiked to Imogene Lake which was very pristine.

Camping at Grandjean

We went camping at the beginning of August with our friends up at Grandjean. We went hiking, played in the river, and relaxed around camp. Landon really enjoyed playing among the rocks while taking a dip.

Black Beetle

Landon likes his bugs. Here he is with a pine beetle (that's what Lonnie thinks it is anyway).
